Sorry about that, I admit the difficulty is a bit much at times. It's not so bad when you get used to it, but I understand that people generally don't want to "stick with" a flash game until they get over the difficulty curve, not really "casual gaming".. Glad you think it has potential though =)

At least the colors were pretty. But since you have to stare at the arrows, I didn't get much of a chance to appreciate the graphics. Also, the controls are rather persnickety... I know I got cheated a few times.

What an evil bitch, she totally murdered those guys after they saved her. And not only did they save her, they got her a spiffy new outfit and everything! She totally deserved having everything she ever knew and loved taken from her, I just hope it gets worse. Maybe those slain good sameritans will come back as some kind of nuclear zombies or something to exact their revenge. Lame, I know, but with you at the helm, at least we know it would look damn good. XD

I enjoyed it, but found the easiest way to win was to leave my magnet in the middle and count on bonuses to blast away all clingly magnets before they reached the edge. Worked well enough to get me the top score

"Painful to play"

The art was okay, but McCain didn't look much like McCain. The controls were aweful; so sluggish that it was hard to play. After winning two rounds I tried to let my opponent win just to see how long you were going to drag this thing out. Unfortunately, the AI doesn't fight if the player doesn't, so I gave up and never saw the end. I want those five minutes of my life back. If you can't do that, I'll settle for five bucks... or a pack of smokes.

I got the killed-by-vampire ending twice while there was still plenty of time left on the clock. I think maybe it was counting the time spent on the previous play against the current game. Also, once I had blood and got it back to the cave, jumped on the ledge, no amount of hitting, tapping, or even holding down the A key would transfer it to the vamp. Lastly, I realize it's semantics, but those were just regular wolves... or maybe even dogs. Warewolves are part human and run around on two legs XP

For as simplistic as it was, the game played well. I liked the upgrades. Though it didn't really affect gameplay, the background image made it pretty hard to see the staples.

Waited around for a long time for enough players with no luck. Eventually logged in twice (along with another fella) and though the room was full, the play button still wouldn't work. Pretty sure it's not working. The chat was nice though.

Alien Planet Driller BETA

"Getting there"

I don't mind BETA's, they make for better games in the end.

As far as bugs, all I caught was that the buttons for upgrades stay lit after you buy them and return to the upgrade screen. It would also be nice if the travel and upgrade screens paused the countdown.

There is a problem with the moving around and pressing enter thing, it does quickly get old. Maybe if instead of a timer, you had to buy and use fuel to move your drill around a planet. This would at least add a little bit of strategy, and maybe even another set of upgrades for engines and stuff.
